U Turn 30000 Dominoes (Link 1.)
I like the effects that this video uses. The idea of rhythms and cycles ties in nicely when the dominoes go in reverse. I plan to use this idea in my own video after the process of me knocking over the dominoes etc. in concession.

Card Dominoes (Link 2.)
This video was an incite to the other materials i could use instead of dominoes. However the practicallity of using cards, in my opinion would be alot more difficult and time consuming. This would then disable me to be more creative with my idea and most likely turn out worse. Yet the layout of the card dominoes i liked. It contained random twists and turns in instead of a straight line.

Best Domino Effect (Link 3.)
This video was overall one of my two favourites. It demostrates that i dont have to just use dominoes to get what i want out of this project. The creaters of the video used everything from CD cases to boxes of cereal. I like this idea immensly as it allows me to be adventurous with the “dominoes” that i use. It also gives me a better concept of the layout and story thats going to be told with the dominoes.

The Domino Effect (Link 4.)
Over the rest of the research links, this is my favourite, pure and soley because its really inventive and clever in the way that its done. Using 4 different pool tables, and alot of dominoes, the creator has managed to knock not only the dominoes down on all 4 pool tables with one move, but he also pots all of the balls on all of the tables in different pockets as the dominoes fall. This chain reaction is a perfect example of something that i would aim to achieve.

Big 3D Pyramid (Link 5.)
I quite liked the ideas behind this video, yet i think personally this video was only a reference for me to see how many dominoes i am likely to need for my final major project, aswell as the scale of building some sort of structure out of them.

Honda Cog Advert (Link 6.)
I liked the originality of this video because this is the main reason i wanted to do something similar to this, just not as complex. The video is a perfect example of being inventive with random materials. The only difference this video has is that the random parts are all from a car, and each part from the car sets off a new piece to then carry on etc.

Pig And Wolf Stopmotion Animation (Link 7.)
Stop motion videos are useful and relevant to my project as i can forsee that i will most likely be using stop motion video in one way or another. Using the ideas that i have thought of, i think that the use of stop motion would give a nice contrast between the bleach bypass filter and the constant video. It would break up the video and make the video look more rhythmic.

Pen Story Stopmotion Animation (Link 8.)
This follows on from the last research link (Pig and wolf stopmotion). I liked the story that was told in the stopmotion and i would like to adapt that to mine. I am yet undecided on the story im going to tell but either way this has influenced me to do a stopmotion. I liked the colouring scheme that they used in it aswell which made the video that bit more contrasting to the story.

Her Morning Elegance (Link 9.)
Another follow on from the last two stopmotion. The reason i wanted to put it in was because of the value of how a stop motion works exactly, i.e. how many fps the stopmotion needs to be, the amount of pictures id need to take to make the story etc.

Extreme Sheed LED Test (Link 10.)
This video made me laugh from the title, i liked the use of some mild stop motion and the creative and oringal use of a concept. i liked it alot as it really did show the originality and the preparation that must have gone into creating this project.

Student Stop Motion (Link 11.)
